Parker House Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/3 c of milk
1 pc of egg (extra large)
1 & 1/3 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
2.5 Tbsps of margarine or butter
3 & 1/3 c of flour (for bread)
2/3 tsp of salt
1 pack of yeast
Instructions:
When the cycle for doughing is done, knead the dough manually using hands for five minutes and roll it out then cut it using cutter for biscuit or cup. Brush the top portions with 1/4 cup of butter (melted). Fold the circles into half then lay it on muffin mold tins (buttered).
Cover then allow to rise 35-45 minutes. Then brush the top portions with egg (beaten) this time then bake (400 degrees F) 25-30 minutes.
