Pineapple Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour; sifted
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1 c of nuts
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of melted shortening
1 tsp of baking soda
7-1/2 oz of crushed pineapple (canned)
1 c of raisins (light)
1/2 c of milk
1 pc of egg (large)
1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
Combine shortening, egg, vanilla, and sugar inside a bowl; beat till mixture becomes thick. Add the pineapple and stir them well. Add milk, Calumet, soda, flour, and salt. Incorporate well and fold in raisins and nuts.
Transfer on floured and greased pan (loaf) for an hour, 350 deg Fahrenheit.
