Pineapple Macadamia Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
3/4 c of juice (pineapple)
1/2 c of crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 Tbsp of baking powder (Calumet)
3 c of flour (all purpose)
1/2 c of nuts (Macadamia); chopped
Instructions:
Combine sugar, juice, pineapple, eggs and oil inside a bowl; mix them well. Combine soda with flour; add onto the mixture of pineapple. Fold the nuts into the mixture.
Transfer onto a (greased and waxed paper-lined) 9×5 inch (loaf) pan. Place inside the oven, bake fifty mins, 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If using greased (muffin) pans, bake twenty-five mins.
