Pizza Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of water (80-90 degrees F)
1/2 tsp of sugar (granulated)
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable)
2 c of flour
2 Tbsps of seasoning (Italian-style)
2 tsp of yeast (active & dry)
1/2 of salt
1.5 tsp of yeast (bread-making machine)
Instructions:
Choose (Dough cycle) setting. Put ingredients on pan in this order: water, vegetable oil, flour, granulated sugar, salt, Italian seasoning and yeast. Make an indention in middle for the yeast. Afterwards, remove the dough from machine and knead manually on surface (floured) for a minute. Let the dough rest (15 minutes).
Roll the dough for 12″ or 14″ pan for pizza. The pan must be greased and cornmeal-sprinkled. Press it into the pan to form edges and allow to rise 20 – 25 minutes.
Top pizza with desired items: cheese, sauce, etc. Bake pizza a preheated oven (425 degrees F) for 15 – 20 mins ’til top turns nicely brown. Allow to rest five mins prior to serving.
