Potato Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of shortening
1 c of mashed potatoes; packed tightly
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of salt
1 pcs of eggs; whisked well
1 c of milk; in room temperature
1 pkg of yeast; mixes with 2 c of warm water
4 c of flour
Instructions:
Combine salt, sugar, potatoes and shortening. Blend well. Add milk, yeast and eggs. Set aside to double in size about 2 hours. Add flour to form dough and allow to bulk up. Shape into loaf and brush with butter. Set it aside and allow to bulk up. Bake in a 375 degrees-F oven.
