Quick Raised Dinner Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of yeast (dry)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 pc of egg
1/2 c of milk (warm)
1 Tbsp of margarine or butter; melted
1 & 3/4-2 c of bread flour
Instructions:
Combine yeast, sugar, salt, egg, milk, butter and flour into a food blender. Set aside in warm place about 85-90 degrees-F to double in bulk. Grease an 8 inch pan. Punch dough down and shape into rounds.
Transfer to pan and set aside to bulk up for about 10-15 minutes. Let it bake ’til brown about 15-20 minutes. Yields 9-12 rolls.
