Ranch House Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/4 c of sugar (granulated)
4 Tbsps of butter
4 Tbsps of melted butter
1/2 c of milk
2 beaten eggs
1 c of packed sugar (brown)
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsps of baking powder
4 Tbsps of corn syrup
Instructions:
Prepare oven. Heat it to three hundred seventy five degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Cut butter in. Add milk and egg to dry components then mix well ’til combined. Add flour if mixture is very wet.
Turn dough on floured surface and roll into 1/2-1-inch thick w/ your flour-coated hands.
Spread some filling carefully over dough & the rest of the filling poured into bake dish. Then roll your dough like jellyrolls. Cut into inch-sized pieces, place into wet bake dish (put biscuit cuts together just like your puzzle), then bake.
Once cooked, place one plate on top of the pan, then turn upside-down. Lift bake dish away your biscuits, then allow to set.
For filling: Mix together butter, corn syrup and brown sugar together.
