Raspberry Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1-3/4 c of flour (all purpose)
1-1/2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
1/3 c of shortening (vegetable)
2/3 c of sugar (granulated)
2 pcs of eggs; beaten slightly
3 pcs of bananas (ripe, mashed)
1-1/2 c of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 c of raspberry juice (if raspberries are frozen)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour, soda, and Calumet inside a bowl and set on the side. Blend sugar and shortening inside a bowl then beat till fluffy and add the eggs; beat thoroughly. Add mixture of flour and mashed bananas alternately onto the mixture then fold the raspberries into the mixture.

Pour the batter into a greased (loaf) pan. Bake inside preheated oven for an hour. Let the bread cool for ten mins and invert into the rack.
