Raspberry Marshmallow Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 & 3/4 c of flour (bread)
1 pack of yeast
1 tsp of salt
1/2 c of marshmallows (miniature)
2 Tbsps of gluten
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1 pc of egg
2/3 c of water
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable)
10 ozs. of raspberry (red, frozen); drain and reserve the syrup
1/2 c of raspberry syrup
Instructions:
In baking pan, put in exact order the yeast, flour, gluten, salt, baking soda, marshmallows, egg, oil, water plus raspberry syrup. Set bread-making machine (Sweet Bread). Add reserved syrup and drained raspberries (about 2/3 cup) when machine beeps.
