Regular Hamburger Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of yeast
2 tsps of salt
1/2 c of water (warm, 105-115 degrees-F)
1/4 c & 1 Tbsp of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of milk (non-fat, dry)
6 Tbsps of butter; diced
6 c of flour
1.5 c of water (cold)
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast into warm water and a tablespoon of sugar and set it aside.
Combine one-fourths cup of sugar, butter, salt, flour and milk in a food blender. Blend as you add yeast mixture. Add some cool water and blend ’til dough balls up. Add some flour if damp and add water if dry. Blend dough for a minute.
Turn dough over a greased large bowl with cover. Set it aside to rise. Press down dough and roll ’til a half inch thick. Cur out using a 3 inch round-cutter. Transfer into oiled cookie sheets. an inch from each other.
Set it aside to bulk up. Bake ’til browned about fifteen minutes.
