Roasted Garlic Puree Recipe
Ingredients:
4 garlic heads (large)
1/8-1/4 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of fresh juice (lemon)
1/4 c of oil (olive)
1/8-1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Have garlic’s bottom chopped off, then separate cloves allowing outer cover to remain intact. Put cloves into an 8-inch shallow square bake dish, then drizzle / oil. Oven at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for twenty minutes.
Allow to cool, then drain. Skin at once. Roast these garlic pieces, or pureed to make smoothened mixture.
For puree: In a processor, combine juice, pepper, salt in garlic in a bowl. Process for thirty seconds ’til smoothened
Best for French toasts.
