Rum Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of rum
2 c of flour (bread)
1/2 c of water
1/2 c of raisins
1 Tbsp of milk (powder, dry)
2 tsps of sugar (brown)
2 Tbsps of whipping cream (heavy)
2 tsps of butter
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of extract (rum flavored)
1 pc of egg
2 tsp of oil (olive)
1.5 tsps of yeast (active, dry)

Instructions:

In mixing bowl (small), soak raisins in rum for thirty minutes then drain. Dump the water, flour, milk, sugar, salt, butter, whipping cream, extract, egg, olive oil and yeast using pan for bread in order suggested by manufacturer’s manual.

Choose setting necessary for regular pound bread loaf. Add in raisins five minutes prior to end of kneading cycle or if bread machine contains allowance for adding fruits, put in raisins when signaled.
