Rum Sour Cream Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
1 & 1/3 c of sugar (granulated)
2 pcs of egg
2 tsps of rum
1 tsp of extract (almond)
1/4 c of cream (sour)
1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of flour (all-purpose); sifted
1.5 tsps of baking soda
1 c of bananas (very ripe); mashed
1.5 c of pecans or walnuts; chopped
Instructions:
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and butter ’til soft and light texture is achieved. Put in eggs then mix ’til fluffy then add the rum, extract and cream.
Add the flour mixture to the egg, alternating with the mashed banana. Put in the nuts then put in the oven, 350 deg Fahrenheit for 60-70 minutes or until bread test done.
