Seasoned Sticks Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of warm water
1 pc of egg white; whisked
2 pkg of yeast (dry)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
3/4 c of vegetable oil
5.5 c of all purpose flour
Onion powder, salt, mixture of suagar & cinnamon or seasoned salt
Instructions:
Dissolve the yeast with warm water inside a large-sized bowl. Add in flour, oil and sugar. Lightly knead dough on a floured work table for five minutes. Form a round ball and place inside a lightly-greased bowl. Set aside for half an hour with cover.
Divide the dough equally into 3 parts. Roll out the dough on 3 grerased baking sheets and cut out the dough in order to produce 1×5 sticks. Coat with egg white and sprinkle seasoning of choice over dough.
Bake in a 400 degree-F oven for 18-20 minutes. Turn to wire racks.
