Soft Sandwich Buns Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water
3 Tbsps of melted butter
1/4 c of milk powder
3 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
3 c of flour
2 tsps of salt
1/4 c of starch (potato)
1 Tbsp of yeast
Instructions:
Combine water, butter, milk, sugar, flour, starch, salt and yeast in bread mixer. Check the consistency about after ten minutes. Add water or flour to create soft and smooth dough.
After kneading, remove the dough. Spray surface with the use of Pam. Slice out into eight pieces. Tuck sides beneath to create circular buns.
Transfer to an oiled cookie tray and press down by hand producing 4-inch buns. Cover dough with oiled wrap. Allow to bulk up in warm room for an hour.
Bake dough into a preheated oven with temperature of 350 degrees-F for 18 to 22 minutes ’til browned nicely. Transfer to wire racks and coat buns with some butter flavored Pam. Allow to cool buns and cut. Yields about 8 pieces.
