Sour Cream Onion Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour (whole wheat)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
2 Tbsps of wheat germ (not needed)
2 tsp of yeast (active & dry)
1 tsp of salt
1 oz of soup mix (dry, onion)
1/2 c of water
1 c of sour cream
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into the bread-making machine pan in this order: 3 c of flour, 2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated), 1 tsp of salt, 2 Tbsps of wheat germ (not needed), 2 tsp of yeast (active & dry), 1 oz of soup mix (dry, onion), 1 c cream then 1/2 c of water. Choose cycle for dough.
Mold dough then lay it on the greased baking pan. Allow it to set in warm area and let it rise to twice its size. Then bake it in preheated oven (350 degree F) for about 30 mins then allow it to cool.
