Sourdough Corn Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sourdough
1 pc of egg
1/3 c of butter or oil
1/2 c of flour
1/4 c of salt
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1 c of cornmeal
Instructions:
Combine sourdough, oil as well as the egg. In another bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, salt and cornmeal together. Combine the flour mixture with the sourdough and stir thoroughly ’til well-combined.
Spread contents into 8″ square baking pan. Put in the oven for 25-30 mins under 350 deg Fahrenheit.
