Streusel Pudding Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of egg
2 c of Bisquick
2/3 c of cold water or milk
1/4 c of oil (vegetable)
1 pack of pudding/pie filling (any flavor, instant; 3 & 3/4 ozs)
1/4 c of sugar
Streusel topping

Instructions:

Start by preheating oven at 400 degrees F. Smear some oil to a 9″ x 9″ x 2″ pan. Combine the Bisquick, milk or water, vegetable oil, sugar, egg and pudding and pie filling; beat it vigorously for half a minute. Lay the mixture onto pan.

Dot mixture with topping and bake it for 20 to 25 mins, until the wooden stick placed in middle will come out without crumbs.
