Sweet Focaccia Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 c of oil (vegetable)
1/2 c of raisins
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
2.5 c of water (warm)
5 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 pc of egg
1 pack of yeast
1/8 tsp of salt
cinnamon/sugar

Instructions:

Dissolve the yeast into a water (warm) then add the egg and oil. Pour into the non-wet ingredients then mix it well. Drop in the raisins then knead it well. Then let it rise to twice its size.

Beat down the dough and roll it out, fitting into a bread pan. Then sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes (375 degrees F).
