Sweet Potato Pecan Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

2 & 1/4 tsps of yeast
3 c of flour (bread)
4 Tbsps oats (rolled)
2 pinches of nutmeg
2 Tbsps of sugar (dark brown)
1.5 tsps of salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
3 Tbsps of milk (powdered)
3 Tbsps of margarine or butter
3/4 c of sweet potatoes; cooked & mashed
3 Tbsps of raisins (dark)
3/4 c of water
1/3 c of pecans; chopped

Instructions:

Put the yeast, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, sugar, milk, margarine, sweet potatoes and water in the bread machine then press start. Choose cycle (raisin bread) then add raisins and pecans when machine beeps.
