Tupperware Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
9 c of flour
4 pc of eggs; well-beaten
1.5 tsps of salt
1.5 c of water (cool)
2/3 c of sugar (granulated)
1.5 c of milk (scalded)
1 c of margarine or butter
2 packs of yeast
Instructions:
Pour 9 c flour into a bowl (Tupperware). In the middle, create a well to where the non-dry ingredients will be poured. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, yeast, sugar, salt, milk and water (cool). Pour the mixture into the middle of the flour without stirring.
Cover the bowl then let it burp. Set it aside and let it rise ’til the cover pops.
Have the butter melted and add to flour mix then stir it. Again, cover the bowl then let it burp. Set it aside and let it rise ’til the cover pops again. Roll it on a floured surface then lay it on buttered baking pans.
Allow the dough to rise about 30-45 minutes then bake for 10-12 minutes (350 degrees F).
