Vanilla Sour Cream Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of yeast (active); dry
1 1/4 tsps of salt
3 Tbsps of sugar
3 c of butter (Gold Medal)
1 Tbsps of butter (at room temperature)
1 whole egg
1/3 c of sour cream
1 Tbsp of vanilla essence
1/2 c of water
Instructions:
When all of the ingredients are measured properly, place the water, vanilla essence, sour cream and egg inside. Next add the flour, butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Better to follow manufacturer’s instructions as well.
Next select Basic/White process. Choose procedure for crust that is light in color. Avoid the cycle with time delay.
When baked, remove from breadmachine and let cool atop a wooden rack.
