Veggie Yogurt Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/4 c of apple; chopped
2 Tbsps of pecans; chopped
1 Tbsp of wheat germ; toasted
3 Tbsps of yogurt (plain)
1 tsp of soysauce
1/4 c of carrot; chopped
2 Tbsps of currant
1/2 tsp of curry powder
Instructions:
In your processor, combine cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and soysauce ’til smoothened. Blend in rest of the ingredients.
Best served as spread for heavy-grain breads or pockets of pita.
