White Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of sour cream
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of margarine or butter (avoid non-fat or light)
2 pcs of bananas (large); sliced into 1″ or 2″ pieces
2 pcs of eggs
2 & 1/4 c of flour (all-purpose); sifted
1 tsp of salt
1/4 c of walnuts; chopped
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 c of choco chips (white)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 350 degrees F. Prepare 9″ x 5″ bread pan by greasing only bottom area. Beat sugar, butter as well as cream ’til fluffy and light then one by one, add the eggs. Drop sliced bananas then continue with beating ’til smooth.
Using another bowl, mix 2 & 1/4 c of sifted flour (all-purpose), 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of baking soda then add into butter mixture. Add white chocolate and walnuts; stir ’til well-blended. Spread on prepared pan then bake 60 minutes.
