White Chocolate Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of chocolate (chips, white)
1 pack yeast (active, .25 oz); dry
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of sugar (white)
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
3 c of flour (bread)
1/4 c of butter (at room temperature)
1 whole egg
1 c of milk (warm)
Instructions:
Place the ingredients inside your bread pan machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Refrain from incorporating the chips (white chocolate) at this point.
Select your desired cycle then press the Start button. If the breadpan allows for Fruit Setting, you can mix the chips (white chocolate) this point. As an alternative, you can add your chips five minutes prior to completing kneading process.
This recipe can make a pound and a half bread.
